OSAMEDE EDOKPOLO, MD
Owner & Medical Director

I received my medical degree from UNIBEN one of the foremost medical schools in Nigeria. I did a psychiatry residency in Dublin, Ireland before relocating to The States and completing another psychiatry residency at the famous St. Elizabeths Hospital in Washington, DC, where I was one of the Chief Residents.

My background experience of working with patients with mental illnesses across cultures and different health systems affords me a unique perspective of the various important aspects of providing quality care including in the form of telepsychiatry which many patients find to be very convenient.

I am a board certified general adult psychiatrist by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and I am an active fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.

I am fully licensed in the states of Missouri, Texas, DC, and California.

I have authored a number of papers that are published in peer reviewed journals, and have been widely cited by other researchers.

Kasey Endres PMHNP-BC

Kasey Endres is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, evidence-based care to adults across the mental health spectrum. Her clinical training was grounded in high-acuity inpatient psychiatry, where she developed expertise in managing complex and severe mental health conditions, including mood disorders, psychosis, anxiety, and trauma.

Kasey trained under the mentorship of Dr. Osamede Edokpolo, whose leadership helped shape her direct, realistic, and patient-centered approach to care. She is known for her straightforward communication style and for building treatment plans that are practical, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique circumstances.

Kasey currently provides both in-person and telehealth psychiatric services to patients residing in Missouri. Her treatment philosophy is rooted in clinical integrity, empathy, and a deep respect for each patient’s personal journey. Whether working with individuals facing chronic mental illness or those navigating new challenges, she creates a therapeutic space grounded in honesty, trust, and meaningful growth.

Laney Holt serves as the Office Coordinator at Minds Matters MD LLC, where she ensures seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and a welcoming experience for every patient. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminology from Missouri State University and brings over two years of hands-on experience in the mental health field. Before joining Minds Matters, Laney worked directly with individuals experiencing a wide range of psychological needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support high-quality, patient-centered care. In her current role, she continues to strengthen her expertise in organization, communication, and compassionate service. Laney is deeply committed to fostering a positive, supportive environment where patients feel valued, understood, and cared for from their very first interaction.
