Service Description
This is a comprehensive initial consult that may extend beyond the first visit, and we can continue revising as more information emerges. It typically consists of amongst others things, reason(s) for the visit, biographical information, relevant family/social/developmental history. The role of medical diseases, important vitamins and minerals (hence we will likely need some testing). The goal is to have some a few diagnostic possibilities, but more importantly understand why things are the way they are at the particular time, the impact on work, family, relationships, and other aspects of my patient's life. Next, we discuss if testing and other forms of evaluations are needed, for example neuropsychological testing, personality assessment, and ADHD testing.
